Quinta do Pinhô – a story of wine & olive oil
For the past ten years, we have been producing extra virgin olive oil from several olive varieties — Galega, Picual, Madural, Cobrançosa and Verdial. Since 2023, we have been crafting our first white and rosé wines. Our grapes, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay flourish on granite soils at altitudes between 600 and 700 meters.
Because this adventure is, above all, a family one, our wines bear the names of our children: “Capucine & Henry.”
And as every beautiful story deserves a little sparkle… a sparkling wine is currently in the making…

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bio
This olive oil was made with our olives: Galega, Picual, Madural, Cobrançosa and Verdial, ensuring the authentic flavor of the region and excellent quality with a remarkably low acidity of just 0.2%.

Wines
White wine: Capucine & Henry 2024
Crafted exclusively from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, this wine charms with its bright, pale lemon-yellow colour. The nose reveals delicate aromas of elderflower and white peach stone. On the palate, a lively acidity brings freshness and lightness, resulting in a harmonious and pleasant wine — perfect as an aperitif or to accompany convivial moments.

Rosé: Capucine & Henry 2024
A wine crafted exclusively from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes. Its colour displays a very pale salmon hue, slightly coppery and bright. On the nose, it is soft and delicate, with gently perfumed notes. On the palate, it offers a pleasant intensity marked by floral and summery nuances. Perfect to enjoy on a summer day by the pool.
